Welcome to Timberline Campgrounds! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our campground services, facilities, website, and any communication programs (including SMS messaging). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

Use of Services
You agree to use Timberline Campgrounds’ Services responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws, campground rules, and these Terms. Disruptive behavior, property damage, or unsafe actions may result in immediate removal without refund.
Reservations & Payments
Reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed only after payment is received.

Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking.

Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and other options as specified during checkout.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made [insert time frame, e.g., 7 days] prior to the reservation date may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

Cancellations made after this period may result in a forfeiture of payment.

No-shows and early departures are non-refundable.

Campground Rules
Quiet hours: 10pm-7am

Campfires only in designated fire rings

Pets must be leashed and supervised

No illegal substances or disruptive behavior

Alcohol permitted only for legal age individuals and used responsibly

Liability Waiver
Camping and outdoor activities carry inherent risks. Timberline Campgrounds is not liable for accidents, injuries, lost or stolen property, or any damages incurred while using our facilities. Guests assume full responsibility for their participation.
Privacy
We respect your privacy. We collect information such as contact details and payment info to provide services. This data is never sold and is only shared with third parties as required to deliver our services or comply with the law.

SMS Program Terms
Timberline Campgrounds Alerts
Our SMS messaging program provides updates about your reservation, campground alerts, promotional offers, weather notices, or policy changes.

Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP” to our shortcode. You will receive a confirmation message, and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you opt-in again.

Rejoining Instructions
To rejoin the SMS program, simply sign up again via our website or SMS opt-in form. We will resume sending messages per your consent.
