Deluxe Cabins
1 to 8 guests, furnished: starting at $179

Studio Cabins
1 to 6 guests, furnished: starting at $159
Must provide own bedding/pillows and towels. $25 fee for pets. $25 cleaning fee. 3 night minimum on holiday weekends and Iowa State Fair dates. NO REFUND.
Small Cabins
1 to 6 guests, furnished: starting at $159

Rec Hall/Picnic Shelter
$100.00 / hour
- 2 hour minimum.
- Additional hours will incur additional cost.
- Set-up/clean-up fee may apply to Shelter/Rec Room.
- All shelter and rec room fees to be paid in advance.
Storage Rates
Per Day – $20 + tax
Per Week – $45 + tax
Per Month – $75 + tax
6 Consecutive Months – $420 + tax
*Snow is not removed from storage road.
2024 Rate Details
- We accept cash, checks, credit and debit cards (4% convenience fee will be added to credit/debit card charges, which is paid to the credit card vendor)
- NO REFUND for early departure
- NO REFUND on Holiday Weekends or State Fair dates.
- $5.00/Hour LATE CHECK OUT FEE WILL APPLY After 11:00 am
