Regulations

1. Check Out Time: 11 AM – Rent payable in advance. $5 per hour fee for late check-out, pending reservations. No refund for early departure.
2. Check In Time: 1 PM – $5 per hour fee for early check-in, pending reservations.
3. Quiet Hours- 10 PM-7 AM. Please be considerate of your neighbor.
4. Reservations- Advanced cancellation noticed required. Reservations are held when secured by your 1st night’s camping fee. Cabin and monthly reservations require a $100 non-refundable deposit. See cancellation policy for all reservations.
5. Visitors must stop at office and obtain pass before going to site. Visitors using our facilities must pay fee. $5/person and $5/vehicle.
6. State law requires all campers to register before occupying a space. Do not change your assigned space without approval of the office.
7. One unit per site, additional equipment/tent additional charge.
8. No lifeguard on duty. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. No glass containers allowed in pool area. The pool is for registered guests only. No diving-swimsuits only. No pets allowed in pool area.
9. Pets are permitted on a leash (8′ max) and are not to be left unattended. Clean up after your pet. Violators will be charged a clean up fee. Please keep out of buildings, playground & pool. Management reserves the right to limit size and quantity of dogs. Off leash dog park available.
10. Campfires in fire rings only. Do not leave unattended. No Trash, wood only. Please extinguish before retiring.
11. Cutting or breaking of trees or shrubs is prohibited. Firewood available at office.
12. Parents, you should know your children’s whereabouts.
13. Children on bicycles not allowed to ride between 4 PM and 7 PM on Friday and Saturday nights.
14. Laundry cannot be hung out for drying. Laundry facility is provided for this purpose. No hand laundry or dishes done in bathrooms.
15. It is a violation of Iowa law to dump gray or black water on the ground. Use the dump station. Violators will be charged a clean up fee of $200.
16. NO washing of RV/vehicles allowed.
17. Running generators, firearms or fireworks are not permitted.
18. Please, do not walk through occupied sites.
19. Airtight sewer is required. Sewer hoses/accessories available for sale in office.
20. Motorcycles are to be used to and from site only. Mopeds, golf carts, mini-bikes and go-carts are not permitted.
21. Screen rooms or awning rooms must check at office before installing. Outdoor / patio furniture only – No Appliances.
22. RV storage is available-ask at office for details.
23. Please deposit trash and cigarette butts in dumpster in tied garbage bags. NO appliances, beds, toys, wood, concrete, metal allowed in dumpsters. Areas designated on map. Do not leave on site.
24. This is private property. Violation of these rules or generally antisocial behavior not covered herein may result in you being asked to leave the premises. We reserve the right to enforce our rules and refuse to register undesirable guests. If evicted – NO REFUND.
25. Patio mats are allowed on gravel areas ONLY. NOT on grass please.
26. Any damage found to RV/tent sites, the following charges will apply: Fire ring – $75 / Picnic table – $300 / Water-Electric-Sewer pedestals – $500 / Wi-fi extenders – $500
27. Any damage found or missing items in cabins, charges up to $500 will apply.
28. Management assumes no responsibility for accidents, injury or loss from any cause. Thank you for your cooperation. HAPPY CAMPING
