Regulations

1. Check Out Time: Noon - rent payable in advance - Tents 3 day max.
2. Quiet Hours- 10 PM-7 AM. Please be considerate of your neighbor.
3. Reservations- Advanced cancellation noticed required. Reservations are held when secured by your 1st night's camping fee.
4. Visitors must stop at office and obtain pass before going to site.
   Visitors using our facilities must pay fee.
5. Messages delivered at our earliest convenience.
6. State law requires all campers to register before occupying a space. Do not change your assigned space without approval of the office.
7. One unit per site, additional equipment/tent additional charge.
8. No lifeguard on duty. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. No glass containers allowed in pool area. The pool is for registered guests only. No diving-swimsuits only.
9. Pets are permitted on a leash (8' max) and are not to be left unattended. Clean up after your pet. Please keep out of buildings, playground & pool. Management reserves the right to limit size and quantity of dogs.
10. Campfires in fire rings only. Do not leave unattended. No Trash, wood only. Please extinguish before retiring.
11. Cutting or breaking of trees or shrubs is prohibited. Firewood available at office.
12. Parents, you should know your children's whereabouts.
13. Laundry cannot be hung out for drying. Laundry facility is provided for this purpose. No hand laundry or dishes done in bathrooms. There is a sink in the laundry for this.
14. It is a violation of Iowa law to dump gray or black water on the ground. Use the dump station.
15. No washing or rinsing of vehicle or RV permitted. Washbarn is available. Information at Office.
16. Generators, firearms or fireworks are not permitted.
17. Please, do not walk through occupied sites.
18. Airtight sewer boot is required. These are available in the office.
19. Motorcycles are to be used to and from site only. Mopeds, mini-bikes and go-carts are not permitted.
20. Screen rooms or awning rooms must check at office before installing. Outdoor / patio furniture only - No Appliances.
21. RV storage is available-ask at office for details.
22. Please deposit trash in dumpster. Areas designated on map. Do not leave on site.
23. This is private property. Violation of these rules or generally antisocial behavior not covered herein may result in you being asked to leave the premises. We reserve the right to enforce our rules and refuse to register undesirable guests. If evicted - NO REFUND.
